How to prepare a perfect DTF file?
DTF (Direct to Film) printing offers vibrant colors, precise details, and excellent durability on a wide variety of fabrics. However, the quality of the final result largely depends on the file provided.
Here's everything you need to know to prepare a print-ready visual and achieve the best possible result.
Why is file quality important?
Even the best printer cannot correct a poor-quality file. A blurry, too small, or poorly prepared image risks producing a less sharp print than expected.
A well-prepared file allows for:
More precise details
More accurate colors
Cleaner outlines
A professional result from the first print
Use a high-resolution image
Resolution is one of the most important factors.
Recommendation
Minimum: 300 DPI
Recommended actual print size
For example, if your logo needs to be printed 25 cm wide, your file should ideally be designed at this size or larger.

Blurry or pixelated images
Prioritize a transparent background
For logos and illustrations, a transparent background is highly recommended.
